CLAIRE
has lived in Whiteway for over ten years with her family. She is an artist and gardener interested in the history of gardening and revitalising the lost skills of food growing - as adaptation for climate impacts, for re-connection to land and re-claiming the commons - and as a source of purpose and joy.

She is keen to explore the potential of neighbourhood/street scale composting, seed saving, water cpature and grey-water cyling - all to aid food growing.

Claire is focused on the potnetila of our gardens as a collection of spaces that could and should feed us. She is interested in food resilience and reclaoming the commons.

All the work that goes into BW happens alongside part time employment and caring responsibilties.
